Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping on orders over €90.
For orders below €90:
- €3 shipping.
How does the return process work?
As all our products are custom-made, we only offer refunds or replacements if:
- The item arrives damaged.
- The item is defective.
- The package is lost during shipping.
We do not offer refunds for incorrect size selections or other customer-related mistakes, as detailed sizing information is provided before purchase.
